Serviced Office at The Centrepoint is housed in a retail mall located along Orchard Road, Singapore’s iconic shopping district. Positioned as Serviced Office first ‘smart’ co-working centre in Singapore, the space will feature a robot butler, cardless access with facial recognition technology and digital wayfinding capabilities.

Spanning three levels, Serviced Office at The Centrepoint will introduce its first Pay Per Minute (PPM) concept, allowing guests to walk in and enjoy flexible use of Serviced Office spaces and amenities such as the hot-desking area, lounge, seminar rooms, meeting rooms, phone booths and more. In addition, the new centre will also house a café, which will be accessible to both Serviced Office members and the public, encouraging networking opportunities.
